Accuracy of Information The validity of the generated Form 6A depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you input. DocRight is not responsible for notices that are deemed invalid by a court due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading data provided by the user. Users remain solely responsible for verifying documents before service.4. No Guarantee of Possession While our tool is designed to follow current UK legislation (including the Housing Act 1988), we cannot guarantee that a court will grant a possession order. The final decision rests with the judiciary.5. Fees and RefundsPrice: The fee for a Section 21 Pack is £29.99.Digital Content: By clicking "Pay," you request immediate access to your digital documents. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you acknowledge that once the digital download has started, you waive your 14-day right to cancel or change your mind.Refunds: Refunds are only issued if there is a technical fault with the document generation that we cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe.6. DocRight aims to keep its engine updated, but we are not responsible for notices served using old forms if the law changes between the time of purchase and the time of service.8.
